This easy recipe hits all your cravings for that street food. I usually batch make it and freeze in one of those soup cubes. It's so flavorful and full of veggies, makes it an excellent candidate for kids lunch boxes and the aroma is sure to die for!
All ingredients except for the special Indian spices are usually always there in our pantry. So there is no reason to not give this recipe a try.

Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup Onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
1 cup Green Bell Peppers, finely chopped
3 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
2-3 tsp Beetroot, boiled and grated (Optional)
¼ cup Green Peas
1 cup Potatoes, boiled & mashed
¼ tsp Tumeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
6-10 tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste
Cheese (Optional)
5-6 Pav
Directions:
Compound Butter:
3 tbsp soft room temperature butter
Salt totaste
½ tsp chat masala
1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
2 tsp Garlic,finelychopped
3-4 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
Pav Bhaji:
To a pan on medium heat, add Cooking Oil, Cumin Seeds
Once the seeds start to splutter, add the Onions, garlic, Celery
Add Peppers, tomatoes and spices
For the red color, add the beetroot
Once cooked, add potatoes and add water to adjust consistency
Finish with cilantro, lemon juice and chat masala
Pav:
Roast the pav on a skillet with compound butter
