This is such a hit Party appetizer! Trust me! Tried and tested!
I made them on slider buns and man.. Did they last 30 minutes? I am not sure! Plus they are so simple, easy to make ahead and I usually always have the ingredients in my pantry so whipping this up for a quick party snack is like no brainer to me.

Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup Onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
1 cup Green Bell Peppers, finely chopped
3 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
2-3 tsp Beetroot, boiled and grated (Optional)
¼ cup Green Peas
1 cup Potatoes, boiled & mashed
¼ tsp Tumeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
6-10 tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste
Cheese (Optional)
5-6 Pav
Directions:
Compound Butter:
3 tbsp soft room temperature butter
Salt totaste
½ tsp chat masala
1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
2 tsp Garlic,finelychopped
3-4 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
Masala:
To a pan on medium heat, add Cooking Oil, Cumin Seeds
Once the seeds start to splutter, add the Onions, garlic, Celery
Add Peppers, tomatoes and spices
Remove it in a bowl
Assembly:
Slit the 8 pav/buns in two
Roast thepavonaskilletwithcompoundbutter
Removethemontoanoven-safedish
On the lower bun, spread half of the masala
Add a layer of cheese
Some choppedredandgreenonions and some cilantro
Sprinkle some chat masala
Spread the remaining half masala on to the top buns and clay them on the bottom ones
Bake in 400 F (200 C) oven for 10-15 mins
